From Hikari

It's been awhile since my last blog here.  I don't blog much as most of my everyday movement and happenings are posted to Facebook.  If you have followed my Facebook then you'd know that I am busy doing many things such as hula, music, lei, and crafts.  I also enjoy my time cooking for family, guest and students.  I really believe in preparing delicious and healthy meals in order to keep us strong of mind and spirit for everyday challenges.   Besides physical exercise, eating healthy foods,  another important thing is to smile and incorporate laughter into your daily routine.  Until next time...
